Got the following error when attempting install on 4.0.3, installing as local package, and package was retrieved from CodePlex
Could not upload file

I'm working on a new install. That install is severely out of date.

the "pop up" div apears with the following error (example: when trying to create a new product):

I seem to remember that error. It should be fixed in the latest check it. Are you able to download the source and recompile?

Getting this error on a fresh install of umbraco 4.0.3 with commerce4umbraco beta 1.0. Bit of a .net newbie so haven't found a way to debug it. Have looked in windows event viewer and turned umbDebugShowTrace on but not able to see any information about it. I tried copying some of the binaries from the source but I just broke everything. This is running on localhost and I followed the Quick Start instructions as well as setting all the macros to cache for 0 seconds as the default 60 seconds i had for some of them was breaking things. I am trying to purchase 1 unit of A Sample Product, entered a US address and am using Credit Card payment type using my real credit card details. I get the error once I submit the Credit Card details on the checkout3.aspx page and the exact error I get is:

We're sorry, an error occured.
Index 0 is out of range.

Let me know if there is anything I can do my end to give more information about it

I am receiving this message when I try to click the add to cart button from the micro cart. I also cannot add to cart (assuming it has to do with same message). I am using Umbraco 4.0.2.1. Same message also shows up when I click checkout.

After digging into C4U instalation I came accross another issue with this error:
Could not load type CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions.product (D:\inetpub\vhosts\bodomdesign.co.uk\subdomains\umbraco\httpdocs\bin\CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions.dll) for XSLT extension D:\inetpub\vhosts\bodomdesign.co.uk\subdomains\umbraco\httpdocs\bin\CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions.dll. Please check config/xsltExentions.config.

this affect umbraco itself so after installing commerce I cannot create any xslt file. I tried more instalations (with different scenarions and issues) but this stays always same.
xsltExentions.config file has this line:
<ext assembly="/bin/CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions" type="CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions.product" alias="ucProduct">

tried Umbraco v4.0.1 v4.0.2.1 with c4u v 1.0 or v1.1. no luck.

I just updated in config/xsltExentions.config:

CommerceForUmbracoExtension seem to be the right class name.

Created Issue: Catalog Control for products without image exception

Hi!
I find one issue in your Catalog control:
For example, I create new product, and no set Image tor this product.
Then I set some category for this product and open this category ( using CommerceHome/categorylist.aspx).
In this way, I find this category Empty.

The source problem is in the Catalog control BindProductList function:

So I just add check of Empty string:

Also we can set default image for products without image in some config and if product have no image, apply this image.

When adding a custom field to a DocumentType of type ProductPicker and then editing a document of that type, using the ProductPicker doesn't store the correct productID and always resets to the first product in the list when it loads. I've created and uploaded a patch which resolve this issue in the patches section of the downloads.

When I right click within the Product node and click delete - the product does not get deleted.

That is expected - the Delete function is not implemented in the UI. Please feel free to implement and submit a patch.

There is a SProc which handles deletes and this can be wired up via the Umbraco Tasks model.

I have new error: When I try to delete product from admin section. after I press OK button, I find error:

Seems you have a syntax error in your XSLT...please verify it is correct and/or remove if you are not using the XSLT macros.

You are missing the config entries for your domain - see the /config/commerce/localhost.config and /web.config for guidance.

I have the same problem. Actually there is no type CommerceForUmbraco.xsltExtensions.product. Changed alias to c4u didn't work.

When saving any commerce XSLT file, got the error:
